Vintage Watch Print

James has designed this giclée print in collaboration with Alex Barter of Black Bough. The print has been made in an edition of 100, each of which is individually signed and numbered.

The edition is printed on Hahnemuhle photo rag paper and measures 42cm wide by 59.4cm tall – A2 paper size. It has been printed by a specialist fine art printer in London.

The watches featured in the print have been selected by Alex Barter, author, horological consultant and co-founder of Black Bough. The chosen timepieces span the decades from the 1930s to the 1970s. Each of the selected watches has been illustrated by James without the brand name or logo so that the form and detail of each case and dial can be appreciated for what it is.

The print comes with a crib sheet which details the individual watches on the print. These include models made by major houses including Patek Philippe, Rolex, Audemars Piguet and Cartier.
